Right behind the ice cream area you’ll find the Indian flames food truck. There’s open lot parking, and a covered area to eat. Get ready to take a good hard look at this menu because there’s a so many delectable choices to choose from. There’s many vegetarian options and non vegetarian options. The portions were huge! I am very excited to reheat the rest of the food for leftovers. I can’t wait to go back to try the other dishes.

So glad to have Indian food truck in this area. The Indian flames offers wide variety of options ranging from appetizers, indo-Chinese, north Indian food, dosa, biryani, sea food to dessert. They have so many items, it’s like full scale restaurant instead of food truck. The sitting area is covered and with fans so can enjoy food in any weather. We tried chhole bhature and Nargisi malai koa. Both were delicious. Garlic naan was perfect. They also have vegetarian tandoori varieties on their menu which is very rare so we are glad – will definitely try out kalonji paneer tikka from it next time. Location is perfect and looking forward to make it our regular go to place. Moreover, instead of plastic bags, they use reusable eco friendly bag so that’s admirable.

Yum! Yum! Yum!
I loved every dish we ordered. Goat Karahi, Lamb Briyani, Bullet Naan, and my absolute favorite lacha paratha. I have always loved lacha paratha and not many can make it the way I like it but this was amazing with the goat karahi. The food was so flavorful. I can’t wait to try their other dishes.

The icing to the cake was the mints we received with the order. That was such a lovely surprise.
